Question: Getting fat? Tips to lose weight? Over the summer i gained a bit of chubbiness around my thighs tummy and arms. Any tips, exercise, food?

I am glad you are asking the right questions. Losing weight in a healthy way is more important than trying to lose it quickly. It took time to pick up the weight so it will take time to lose it. The good news is that you can lose it faster than what it took to pick up. Firstly, you want to get some better eating habits.
