Question: Have I ate bad already ? Help please?

I'm 14.. ( 15 in 2 months ) ,female, 5'5, and 123ish pounds .

It's 2 in the afternoon. Breakfast

- parfait with Greek yogurt, multi grain cereal ( as a topping ), and grapes.



I had a apple for a snack and cantaloupe



Lunch

I had a peanut butter sweet and salty bar

And now I'm going to have a peach smoothie.



Dinner

- I think I'm gonna have grilled pork chops and veggies.



Am I eating bad or is it balanced ? I'm trying to maintain my weight or maybe lose a pound.



And I mostly drink water !
