How can I suck the fat from my body?

Hey guys. I'm Margaret and it struggle with fatness. It started about the time i was conceived. The fatness of the egg grew into me, a fatter egg with skin around it. I've always wanted to suck fat away from my body. I tried to connect a vacuum to my inner thigh but it just made my fat jiggle. I tried sucking up my fat with a straw but the straw could not hold the amount of fat it had to pull in, or get through the skin. Is there a way I could lay down on a carpeted floor and have a sucking machine suck away my fat? I've contacted Oprah about this many times until she had a restraint put against me from contacting her online. If anyone can build a sucker I would love for you to suck me away. Or if anyone knows someone who has this magical device. Thank you
