The best way to burn 600 cals is by doing what you like the most. If it's cycling it's not much about how many miles but rather what is your average speed and your weight... Heavier and faster you are more you will burn calories...
i.e: a 200lbs going at 20mph might burn 1,000 calories for a 20 miles ride for a 120lbs going at 15mph it won't be much more than 500.
