Question: I haven't lost any weight not even a half a pound?

Genetics is a tough gig. How often are you exercising? Nutrition is an excellent start, but maybe you need to change things up. How long are you exercising for? If you have been eating less than your needed caloric intake, you should automatically lose weight, that is unhealthy for the most part, but you should be seeing a drop if that is the case. My wife just started exercising and she didn't see any gains/losses for about 3 months. She is going to the gym about 2-3 times a week.



Stick to it and push harder and harder!
