Update : I'm pretty skinny and I just want to gain a bit more muscle on my upper body and arms, but I don't want to lift if the skin underneath my bicep will eventually sag. Same thing goes for chest. I'm planning on working out for maybe a year since I just want a little bit muscle. I'm not trying to get ripped lol
