I'd avoid these food items if you are serious about losing weight. The pork chops, like all animal products, are loaded with cholesterol (part of cell lining) and animal protein (cancer risk) and excess calories from fat and protein. Potato salad would be fine if it wasn't for mayonnaise and other ingredients that are high in fat and calories. For protein, consider eating legumes (beans, peas, lentils, soy) and whole grains (brown rice, quinoa). For calcium eat dark leafy greens. For a balanced diet eat ground flax seed (omega-3) , whole fruit, and vegetables. Take B-12 and D vitamins in plant or supplement form.
