Question: Is there any point in eating a high protein breakfast if my gym session is only that evening ?

It's definitely good to keep your macros dispersed throughout the day. If your gym sessions are in the evening then your muscles should still be sore and torn the next morning, meaning they still need protein for recovery. your body can only handle roughly 30 grams of protein at a time so taking in all of your days worth in one meal is pointless. hope i helped!
