I've lost 33 pounds by diets mixed with a small eating disorder. I sometimes did workouts at home but I it got too bored for me. Now I want to go to fitness but my parents won't let me. They say that I can't go alone, and none of my friends take it seriously when I ask them to go with me. My parents also thinks that I won't take it seriously myself, and that I will quit it after a month.
But I believe in myself and I really want to start my life over with healthy eating and exercising.
I get so happy whenever there's hope, but every time there's always gonna be a bump on the road. You can tell me that I keep finding excuses but I don't. It's just my parents and my friends that keeps getting in the way. They keep telling me that I shouldn't starve myself and that I should get up and move, but when I say that I want to start to fitness, they won't pay for it.
My current weight is 143 lbs and I want to get down to 122 lbs.
I just really need someone to believe in me and just let me try. I'm losing motivation slowly.
So the question here is:
How should I convince my parents to let me start? or how should I lose weight in another way?
