weight lifting senior in high school issue?

So I'm 17 and female and this is the first time I've worked out so we had our first workout last Tuesday and we did warm ups then squats and i couldn't walk or do anything until about yesterday and now we're doing dead lifts and when i squat there is this burning sensation that increases to the point where if i keep going i feel like my legs will give out my form is correct but i cant squat my friend keeps telling me to push through the pain but i can't it hurts to much and my legs start to shake should i just push through the pain or no?
