Hi guys! Im 16, 5'5 and 150 pounds. I am honestly sick of being medium sized, I want to feel good in clothes again! I used to be 120 my freshman year, but gained a lot from stress. I never really dieted, or really exercised. I look online but get so many different suggestions, but none really work. I want to lose atleast 20-30 pounds by home coming in November. What exercises can I do and for how long? Any advice would be awesome :) even suggestions for vitamins that can help would be lovely
