That is it. I’m starting the Alice diet tomorrow. Why, you may ask? Multiple reasons. I gained like a good 5 pounds this week. It needs to go. I’m sick, too, with a cough. A fought just isn’t a cough to me, though. I get asthma. So that fucks up my exercising, which I haven’t done in a week. So, I’m putting my foot down. I did the math, Alice is only 4,050 calories. That averages to 184 per day on this diet. There is no way I won’t lose. Rules for this diet: (There are always rules)


1.) Must drink 1 liter of water per day.

2.) Must do at least half-hour of pilates per day. Different train if I will be able to. (Once more bronchial asthma)

three.) Should weigh self on a regular basis

four.) Best three items of gum per day

5.) Handiest two cups of espresso, if any, per day
