Carrot juice is really beneficial for our health because it contains fibers, minerals and vitamins which is a need of our body so try to drink it 2 or 3 times at least in a week.

Carrot juice is not only refreshing and a good source of vitamins, but also the best method to preserve carrots when you buy too much in the supermarket.

Whether inside the refrigerator, frozen or stored at room temperature, carrots tend to lose moisture, but turned into juice is a best option for me to refrigerate them.

The problem with juicing is that you tend to consume more of the product than if you just eat it as it's intended. I don't want to end up looking as if I've been Tangoed, so I'll stick with eating lightly cooked carrots with cooked meals, and raw carrots on salads and in coleslaw. Overload of vitamins can have a detrimental effect on your health, and since there are so many vitamins in carrots, it's probably easier to overdo it.

Well said. People presume eating an abundance of healthy food is the way to get healthier, but even too much of a good thing will be bad for you. It all boils(or juices)down to moderation. If you want to live longer then don't eat too much food.

Scientists experimented with something as simple as yeast. They found that when they took away most of the yeasts food source and limited it (starving it almost) it lived 30% longer. The same applies to people, the more you eat the shorter your lifespan. Sad but true.

Just look at world war veterans, etc. People who were captured and starved for years in concentration camps. Some are in their 90's now, even older.

My partner is from the Caribbean, where carrot juice is drank in volumes. I really love it myself, for my skin elasticity and of course eye health. You can drink it along with a green smoothie or on it's own. If you have a problem with the carrot tasted you can mix it with ginger and a fruit of yourchoice, like grapes.

All the best,
