Walk and running both are perfect exercises for fat burning. If someone wants to burn fat then he should do running and walking regularly. With these exercises we can burn extra fat easily.

Walking does not burn fat...it is not considered cardiovascular exercise and should not be used as a primary source of cardiovascular activity for losing weight unless you are morbidly obese.

Sprinting and walking is a good way to get SHREDDED. Around 5 sets is enough for me, as well. You are not sprinting at full intensity if you can do much more than 5 sets. I sprint for 20 seconds and walk for 1 minute, complete the session in 10 minutes.

I was almost disappointed at myself for not being able to do more than 5-6 sets, but I always feel like HIIT is the most intense 15-20 minute cardio workout I've done. I've never done it on a truly empty stomach though, I imagine the aftermath of that would be some serious fatigue and lightheadedness.

All the best,
