You need to be ingesting 4-6 really small dishes per day that include 'fat burning' food if you want to really shed ponder. Eating only one meal per day would actually slow down your metabolism and this will cause you to gain weight in the long term. You can learn more about the thermic effect of eating small frequent portions of 'fat burning' foods.

No! Not true! Too much insulin stimulation equals lower insulin response! Sorry, I used to think that too...not true! Do some investigation on Lean Gains and intermittent fasting...you won't believe it at first...but it is the most effective way to burn fat.
