I always have four meals a day, unless I just get super lazy.

Snacks in between help as well, but the most important part is making sure I do not miss a meal. If I keep to this, I feel that will be able to actually gain weight and reach my target! I might increase it to five soon, if I don't see more results...

Nice; are you partaking in intermittent fasting as well to cut more fat? What is your macronutrient split like?

Do you eat a large breakfast? If so, you are most likely to get a strong insulin response and get hungry again in an hour or two where you can eat even more and pack on the pounds quickly...

Being on the Warrior Diet, eating has been really stress free. I'm eating a 3000+ Calories a day and it was tough to get all that in one main meal at first but I'm getting the hang of it.

I'm actually eating on an hourly basis due to job constraints that make me stay in front of the computer for long hours without begin unable to move away.

Naturally, I have modified my diet, distributing food in a way that don't mean add extra calories each day.

Fortunately this eating experiment ends by the end of the month, when I will be back to my regular diet of 2,500 calories, same as today but different food distribution.

All the best,
