Looking at the pictures, it makes have goosebumps on my skin. I'm not that fat, not thin either, I'm still in a normal weight with a normal BMI but I don't want to exceed to what is normal to me. I didn't expect nor thought that that's what a muscle look like when covered with fats, so odd, its a good form of motivations though to those who's really undergoing a weight loss program.

Wow what a difference between the two! Even though the fat part looks disgusting, we should be aware that it is present in large quantities inside our bodies so we should stop fooling ourselves and work out regularly to attain a fit body.

I have to say that is pretty difficult to look at and realize that there's around 12 of those in my body that I desperately want to rid myself of. It's definitely some fantastic motivation, though! I would much prefer to have the nice lean muscle!
