Again there is no substitute for the Real Deal. Water is vital and nothing quenches the thirst or rehydrates the body better than Water. I found that by putting a filtration system in our home that our water tastes more refreshing and I tend to fill up bottles of water and refrigerate them so that I can drink my water cold. Yes, at first it may take some getting used to but the taste of water actually grows on you as you reduce your intake of other beverages.
