I eat primarily raw and vegan food, so fruits and veggies are a huge part or whole of my life! I find that raw food heightens your creativity and makes you think of ways to eat your fruits and vegetables that you have never thought of. You can even create your own salad dressing from OTHER veggies...Imagine! I would totally say to go with raw fruits and veggies as a part of your diet.

If I could eat just fruits and vegetables, I'd be golden. However, I crave other things, too. Hummus, yogurt, etc. I do not think I could eat purely fruits and vegetables, and nothing else. Though I don't doubt it would make me feel good.
