At the end of the day when I am very tired and I work out I feel like sleeping. However, a great deal of workouts leave me energized and ready for more action.

I feel that taking a nap after a workout is not the best idea. Naps are healthy, as they can help you rest, but I can't sleep during the day, like many others. I definitely think that naps should be done before lunch, and well before a workout.

Napping before lunch? Hopefully you have enough energy to make it to the noon hour...if not, you may want to get more sleep, stay hydrated, and get your diet and hormone levels evaluated...

I already know there is something wrong with my thyroid, but my symptoms aren't heavy. I get up at 4:30am, so I am tired by 11am (about the time I eat lunch). I am staying hydrated. I get 7-9 hours of sleep at night. My diet is fine, as I am in touch with a nutritionist.

I don't nap after workouts but I'll nap after the work day is done. Lately I've been too wired to do this though.

I'm too wired after working out to even think about taking a nap. Probably why I love to work out in the morning. It gets me revved for the day. If I worked out at night before bed, I'd be tossing and turning for hours.

You know "Nap" is a small word, but a hugely important one. And you know "Sleep" is a major requirement for good health, and sometime daytime sleep is usually needed. From daytime nap Crucial physical and mental development occurs .Naps also help keep us from becoming overtired, which not only fresh our moods but give us more energy to do more work.
