You can still eat plenty of vegetables on a low-carb diet. I eat at least 5 vegetables per day, usually more, and my carb intake is 50g or less. You do need to be aware of the sugar content in certain vegetables when in the final stages of fat loss, vegetables like carrots.

Thanks for this tip Derek! Sometimes I just want to attack a whole loaf of bread when I see it. I wish I didn't have to keep bread in my house, but my family eats it and I just want to eat it all some days. I will go for the brocolli instead.
