I maintain writing my meals diary on scraps of paper so if I will maintain it on right here as a substitute it is going to all be in a single position
Breakfast:
HEA – 300 ml skimmed milk (on cereal and coffees right through the day)
HEB – 40g Weetabix Crunchy Bran (first time making an attempt this, LOVED IT!)
1 x banana
Snacks:
Laborious boiled egg
Apple
Lunch:
Leftover vegetable stir fry (2 syns for diminished fats peanut butter within the sauce)
Snack:
Plum
Dinner:
Hen & vegetable tomato concoction with wholewheat pasta
Complete Syns: 2
I’m so decided to maintain my syns as little as that you can think of in the interim. Clearly if I in reality need one thing with a syn price I’ll have it however in the mean time I’m so centered and wish to do my best possible. I’ve heard individuals say that when you do not have sufficient syns you is not going to drop pounds as quick.
