jojos shrinking for the longer term

So lately is my first day again after a longbreak all the way through which ihave won again many of the four stone I misplaced.


Lately is time to seem ahead although and I do at least know SW works.


Todays food was


Oats skimmed milk and a chopped apple with cinamon (a and b)


Chicken pasta salad with home made salsa small portion of home made carot soup 2 apples and a sugar free jelly – half a syn


Prawn stirfry with noodles 6 syns for the oyster sauce?


2 botles of water 1 no sugar sprite three black coffees.
