Okey, since I’m starting the Healthy Skinny Girl Diet in a week, I’ve decided to have a binge week. I’m so excited, yet disgusted.
I am going to gain some weight. I am going to hate my self a little, but it will be so delicious.
I’ve already started my binge week. Just had four crackers with cheese and really sugary cereal. So delicious, but yet so disgusting.
I don’t like the feeling of having a full stomach.
My plan for the week is to eat whatever I want. I am going to count calories and feel guilty and fat, but it’s good to eat sometimes to.
Hope everything goes as planned, and that I manage to take serious control when I start dieting next monday.
