Should I avoid a lot of push-ups after doing an upper body (arms/back) work-out even if that work-out isn’t a chest work out?
2.) Any problem doing 7 min workout 2-3x evey day for 4 days in a row? It’s more bodyweight resistance so it will work abs, arms, etc. every day but not as intense as doing insanity abs, or weight training… or do I still need to rest every other day from 7min wo? Basically its lower weight higher rep circuit training and I’m questioning if I nonetheless wish to relaxation day by day in between that VS the want to relaxation between lifting better weights for a muscle staff.
