Query: How do I preserve on?

Adequate so I need to get skinny and I in reality ndont have time to health club as it’s I have been working to 1 within the morning with all my college work. So I began consuming much less however everytime ahead of my duration I devour like a beast…. I stuff every possible thing like food in my face and then I gain more than dubbel that I lost… how do I keep on eating less its really hard and a specially chocolates ?? Please lend a hand ( I am now not going to grow to be anorexia I am simply cutting down my parts )

my weight has at all times been an issue for me and it can be nearly our ball for grade 10 so I wish to get thinner
