Query: How do I’m going on a food plan?

I am 14, and I am a basketball participant. I’m 6`1/6`2 and I am a perfect shooter and all, however I im a little off form. I wish to be prepared for the season and make varsity, grow to be a perilous, robust attacking participant (this means that I need to dunk). I am prepared to do what it takes, how do I do it?
