I’m 16 and weigh 195 pounds. I know that’s a lot but it’s because I bench press with 50 lbs. and do concentration curls with 25 lbs. I am 5ft 10 inches tall and have to meet a lot of people after two weeks. I do have chest muscles and all that good stuff but I also have fat. I am strong but I wanna look strong. I just wanna lose 2 inches of freaking man nipples/chest/ breast/ boob fats in two weeks time. I do not care whether or not I’ve to lose 5000 kilos a day(jk). Thanks prematurely! :’)
