So i am not eating pasta,potatoes,bread and i dont drink juices,dont eat sweets,snacks(chips etc),i drink water only and i do squats,abs and push-ups...also o run 10 floors of my building every day once and it is really exhausting.I dont eat after 18:00...is this enough for loosing fat and how long will it take? i am 16 years old male 95 kg and 185 cm...how long till i start loosing fat...im doing it for 10 days...will i see results after 30 days??I am really motivated to continue but im not patient...so i am asking how many time will it take to burn fat?? I can see my butt and glutes are no more saggy and jelly-like but they are more solid and smaller...is this sign it works?Am i going to look better
