I am 16 years old and about 6´1.My wingspan is about 6´4 and Im approximately 141 lbs.Over the summer i have been working on my game personally with my coach and did workouts that included TRX.However,it seems that I cant really gain a lot of muscle.Do you think I should get some more weight?Also,what exercises do u suggest to do so i can become more muscular?
