Question: Can I get a sexy body with no gym or equipment?

Yep! I'll make it quick. First thing's first: Diet...Cut out or at least limit junk food consumption, cut out the sugary drinks and pops/sodas. stick with water, lean meats (high in protein), fruits, veggies, nuts, and all of the cliche things you always hear people telling you to eat. Also try incorporating ground cinnamon or cayenne pepper into a lot of your foods, they really boost your metabolism! And then there's exercise: run a few miles every day (start slow and low in distance, then gradually pick up speed and distance when you get better), do pushups/pullups, do a decent ab workout 2-3 times a week, maybe do a workout regimen (you don't need any equipment for Insanity). That's about all i got for ya!
