Question: Hi I'm 13 yrs old and my friend is having a party in 10 days My height 1,63 m , my weight 62 kg ! I'm not good with diets but like exercise?

You don't need to lose weight for a party - you got invited, you have friends, and if you want to lose weight, you can set it as a goal for yourself, but any weight issue you have, should not stop you from enjoying the party!

Think small changes over time - give up eating snacks at night, or decide to eat dessert only once a week, or never take a second plate etc.. make changes and you will change, but don't let your appearance ruin your time with your friends. they like you and accept you, just as you are!
