I usually don't eat a lot but a couple days ago and I pushed myself beyond my limits at a crab buffet. Ate a shitload of crab, lamb, fish, scallops, basically more protein then I've eaten in my life. But I haven't been able to poop since! I'm worries that my digestive system isn't able to handle such an unusually large amount of food. Also had a big burger and quesadilla for dinner last night, not a good move.
Have exercised and drunk a normal amount if water since then. But feel very bloated.
