Question: Weight loss help please?

I'm really self conscious about my body and I want to lose weight. I am currently 63kilos and 167 cms. I'm 14. I want to lose approximately 10 kgs until June 2015. I have a treadmill at home but I have zero free time and I can only use it during weekends -an hour the most per day. Please help? I can eat 4 meals a day but I don't have many lunch options. (Only hotdogs, a turkish food called pide, salad, burgers and pasta) Thanks! Please don't tell me my weight is okay and I don't have to lose weight. I fell terrible with my body.
