Question: Difference between adult and teenage ?

Will always depend many things like: activity level, genetic, height, weight, muscle mass... But a 15-16 yo is still growing and in his puberty, therefore everything being the same he needs slightly more calories than a 20yo. Especially if the goal is to gain muscle mass, hormones levels are higher at that age so he can gain faster.
