Question: Do I have a health issue?

I am a male and in mid 20's. I am very fit and lean, and I have low body fat. I am also a avid runner, running about 40 miles a week. I am 5'9 and weigh 150. One of the concerns I have is that I feel hungry so often, so I eat a lot throughout the day. My coworkers notice how many times I take off to snack, and often make fun of me for how much and often I eat.

Some people can skip a meal and be fine with it, but I can't. I don't remember the last time I have not eaten anything for breakfast. I can never skip it.

I am also very sensitive to temperature changes. Most of the times, I like staying in temperatures between 76~79 F. I can withstand heat pretty well, but I sweat a lot; so much more than most other people. In fact, one of my pet peeves about running even though it's my favorite hobbyis that I sweat so much and it often causes skin trouble on my face.

Also, I am bad at withstanding cold temperatures. If I stand in a room with a temperature below 76 degrees, I would soon feel cold and my skin get goose bumps.

Lastly, I always wake up at least once at night to pee. This has been going on everyday for quite a while.

Are these symptoms pretty normal, or do you think that I should consult with a doctor?
