The government is making it harder for us to sell food in our school store. Healthy food replacement ideas?

We used to be able to sell pizza and soda in our school store but due to recent health codes saying we have to sell healthy stuff in school, we currently have ideas for diet soda, vitamin water zero and other low calorie beverages. We are also selling whole grain crust pizza, granola bars and nuts. Any other ideas for healthy food options kids will actually choose to eat?
