How can I loose weight in a healthy way inatead of starving my self cause I know that leads to health problems and I been there i'm not over weight I'm good but I wanna be healthy. For example I wanna known if I'm suppose to eat breakfast or should I skip also if I should eat it what's a good idea for a low calorie breakfast? Should I exercise after every meal or after all 3 of my meals or two ???? Its confusing please help.
