Ok so I want to get thin and I really ndont have time to gym as it is I've been working to 1 in the morning with all my school work. So I started eating less but everytime before my period I eat like a beast.... I stuff every possible thing like food in my face and then I gain more than dubbel that I lost... how do I keep on eating less its really hard and a specially chocolates ?? Please help ( I'm not going to become anorexia I'm just scaling down my portions )
