I'm 14, and I'm a basketball player. I am 6`1/6`2 and I'm a great shooter and all, but I im a bit out of shape. I want to be ready for the season and make varsity, become a dangerous, strong attacking player (which means I want to dunk). I'm willing to do what it takes, how do I do it?
