Ok so I'm 13 and overweight, I'm not gonna say how much but u can pretty much guess if u like When we go bak 2 school we have 2 lessons of fitness tests, the first being the mile
I can't skip it cos she makes you do it at a later date
I always come last
What do I do to get through it
I always am tired after
Also, next Monday (the 8th) I start my period and I get it real bad, i have my second fitness tests that day (sit ups, push ups, shuttle runs etc) what do I do about that I am rubbish at phys ed anyway
Also if we don't do the mile this week (2moz) I will be on my period if we do it next week
Ahhhh help
I don't wear tampons (I'm not allowed I asked my mom)
