Question: Our 1 and 3 year old are severely underweight, how do we get them to gain weight?

You speak to their pediatrician? How do you know they're severely underweight, if you didn't see their doctor? If that was the case, the doctor would have either told you not to worry about it (maybe you're overreacting) or have them on a special diet.
