Question: I'm trying to keep it down to 3 meals a day, but i've been getting hungry inbetween, can anyone recommend some healthy snacks that can help?

You should have 5-6 meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism going. Have breakfast,snack,lunch,snack,dinner, and snack. Some healthy snacks would be Yogurts, Bananas, Apples, almonds,etc.
