Question: Is there a way to get taller in between age of 21 to 25?

Height is the result of a combination of both genetic and environmental factors. Your maximum achievable height is primarily genetic, but whether you reach this height depends on things like eating the right diet to provide nutrients for growth and limiting your intake of things which reduce growth such as cigarettes. Most people have pretty much reached their peak height by your age, but you may still gain a little. However it is unlikely you will grow much taller, if sorry to tell you. You may grow a further 1/2inch but much more than that is unlikely (though not 100% certain). There isn't much exercise or other activities you can SAFELY do to increase your height, so be weary of anyone telling you otherwise. All you can do is provide your body with the optimal nutrition for growth, plenty of protein for your muscles, fresh fruit & veg for minerals and vitamins and healthy carbs like pasta for energy. If you smoke, think about quitting and also limit alcohol to moderate levels (max 6-10 units per week at most). Sorry I can't offer any advice that will lead to significant height increase, but realistically there is limited things you can do. Just remember that you don't have to be tall to be a successful, happy, good looking person. Be happy with who you are and height won't seem as important in the larger scheme of things.

All the best!
