The doctor made me feel worse about myself (anorexia)? Help me please?

so i've struggled with an eating disorder since I was 15 and I told this new doctor this. she told me that obviously I was better because I'm a normal weight. Well, I'm not a normal weight. My bmi is 16.7. I weigh 50kg or 110 lbs and I'm 173cm or 5'8. She made me feel like I don't deserve treatment because I'm too fat and it makes me want to lose more weight just to 'show her.' I skipped dinner tonight because I feel so worthless. I only ate a salad today.
