Question: Is this healthy?

Is this healthy?

I'm 14, 5 foot 3 inches, 9 stone 1 pound!

How many calories is this?, is this healthy?, is this good for loosing weight?, how much excercize along with this? Breakfast: Two handfuls of Special K, a small amount of milk, kiwi and a pint of water!



Lunch: sand witch made of two slices of wholemeal bread, eighth of a pepper, one iceberg lettuce leaf with either chicken or tuna with salade cream ( no butter) and an Apple a pint of water



Dinner: chicken or fish fillet, cabbage, carrots, brocolli, two baby potatoes boiled with their skin on a pint of water ?? Thankyou
