Throbbing headache from the slightest amount of lifting weights! Please help!?

The past 3 weeks I have been lifting weights consistently 4-5 days a week. Yesterday, I got a terrible headache in the middle of my workout that I had to leave the gym. Later that day, I played ultimate frisbee for 2 hours and I was perfectly fine. Later that night, I did my usual pushup routine and got a throbbing headache in less than a minute. Today I tried pushups and got the same headache in less than a minute. This has never happened to me before and I always carry around a water bottle with me so that I am never dehydrated.
