Hi, I used to be like 115 pounds. Now im like 140. If you're like me and your skinny no matter how much you eat, then you gotta lift. Do high weight low reps. Bench, squat, and dead-lift are the most beneficial but you can hit other muscle parts too. Eat A LOT and eat A LOT of protein also.
