Question: What will happen if i eat fruits and veggies and drink water only for ten days to two weeks?

The question is why are you dieting? You are slap bang in the middle of the healthy weight range. At 21 you should be more concerned about eating a healthy diet, one which will build strong bones and keep you fit and active. if you want to change your body shape do it with exercise not stupid diets.
