Question: Weight lifting help?

Hey guys, Thank you so much for helping me out. ok so i have some equipment but i have no idea how to use them. I would like to start building up my arms. The equipment I have is: two 3 pound weights, two 5 pound weights, two 8 pound weights, one 12 pound weight, and a bench press that i can put up to 95 pounds. how do i use this equipment to start building my arms up? Thank you guys for any help.
